          To ensure a peaceful home environment for you and yours we screen our applicants rigorously. Your application to join our community will authorize us to run a credit check. In addition, all applicants must have a satisfactory rental history with references. We also require verifiable income, sufficient in our sole judgement, to ensure your ability to meet your rent obligation.

          Although Oregon law allows some use of recreational marijuana, we abide by federal law, which prohibits its use. Exceptions may be made for verifiable medical use. However, our broader restrictions on smoking, limit smoking to areas outside the apartment and beyond 20 feet from any apartment door or window.
